1. Data Controller

Inside Properties SRL, Avenue Vanderaey 159A, 1180 Uccle, Belgium, BE 0721.493.621, hello@inside-properties.be, is the data controller responsible for processing personal data collected through the website, online forms, and direct communications.

2. Data Collected

We only collect the data necessary to manage your real estate project: first name, last name, email, phone number, property address, search criteria, and any information voluntarily provided.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

Your data is processed in order to respond to your requests (viewings, valuations, sales, rentals), ensure commercial follow-up, and, where applicable, send you marketing communications with your consent. Processing is based on pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

4. Data Retention

Prospect data is retained for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact. Client data is retained in accordance with legal obligations (10 years). Job applications are retained for 1 year. Newsletter-related data is retained until consent is withdrawn.

5. Recipients

Data may be shared with our employees and technical service providers (CRM, email marketing, hosting). In the event of transfers outside the EU, appropriate safeguards are implemented (Standard Contractual Clauses). Data is never sold.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, request portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw your consent. Any request can be sent to hello@inside-properties.be.

7. Supervisory Authority
